Privacy Scan

Know which requirements apply to your website.

You've been building your website. The design, the tone, the products: everything talks about you as a professional, everything looks right and ready to go.

But then comes privacy and cookies. And you’re stuck researching what good looks like. Again.

What really needs to be in place? And how do you find out without spending hours decoding legislation or trusting a generic automated scan?

That’s what the Website Privacy Scan is for: a clear answer, specific to your website.

From a real person, not an additional tool you have to figure out.

Get clarity before it becomes a problem.

What’s included

A human expert reviewing your specific situation. Not a prompt, not a scanner.

A clear overview of the privacy regulations that apply to your website and what they require, explained in plain language.

A scan of your website against those requirements, with a clear status for each: in place, flagged for attention, or not yet in place.

30 minutes live to walk through the results together, answer your questions and confirm your next steps.

How it works

Upon booking the scan, you fill in a short questionnaire. A few minutes of your time to make sure everything that follows is relevant to you.

I review your website based on relevant regulations and prepare a clear, plain-language overview of where you stand.

In a 30-minute call, we go through the scan results together and answer any questions you have.

What you walk away with

A clear understanding of which regulations apply to your website and why.

Aa clear picture of which elements are missing or need attention.

Concrete next steps you can act on immediately.

Time back. The groundwork happens on my side, so you can get the answers without the hours of research.

Early bird offer: € 89

Price excl. btw. Available until 30th June 2026

Why this matters now?

Dutch authorities have issued fines to small organisations ranging from €500 to €15,000. Every fine is published by name and remains publicly searchable. And as privacy awareness among consumers continues to grow, that public record can be more damaging than the fine itself. Beyond the regulatory risk, the inability to demonstrate compliance may translate to the loss of contracts with larger clients.

Your website is your business card. A privacy gap is a crack in it you can’t see. Until someone else does.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Upon booking, you’ll fill in a short questionnaire covering basic business and website information. I use it to run the scan and make sure the regulatory overview is relevant to your situation. If anything further is strictly necessary, I’ll reach out before our call.

  • No. The fixed price covers the full service: the scan, the assessment of relevant regulations and compliance points, and the consultation call. The groundwork happens on my side so you don’t have to navigate it yourself, and so you can get specific and ready-to-act-on answers in less than one hour of your time.

  • Yes. What matters isn’t who built it, but what’s on it: which tools it uses, what data it collects, how visitors interact with it. As long as you have a basic sense of what your website does, we can work through it together.

  • Reach out at f-ra.com/contact-me before booking and I’ll let you know if this service covers your situation.

  • No. This is a practical awareness service, not a legal consultation. I help you understand what the rules expect from your website and where your setup stands. If your situation requires formal legal advice, I’ll tell you that. And that’s useful information in itself.

  • No. The scan gives you an overview of the relevant regulations, related requirements and where your website stands against them. If a broader review or implementation support is needed, that can be scoped separately.

  • You leave with a clear picture of which regulations and requirements you need to comply with. If further support would be useful, whether a deeper review or help implementing changes, we can discuss what that looks like.

About Me

I spent 15 years helping large corporations make their marketing effective, trustworthy and legally safe. That meant combining technical knowledge, regulatory awareness and a clear understanding of what a business actually needs, then translating all of it into practical guidance.

Over recent years, my focus has been specifically on privacy, sustainability and responsible marketing. The gap between what regulations require and what most professionals actually know is widening, and it’s widening fastest for the people with the least support.

I founded FRA to close that gap.
